Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc. is committed to providing quality products and services, and delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax will be charged for items shipped to Kansas locations.

Package Inspection:
Please inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged or defective, refuse shipment and contact Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc. immediately @ info@hutchrodrun.com or Telephone 620-966-3315.

Product Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied in any way with a T-shirt, hat or dash plaque from Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc., you may return the item within 30 days from the date the order was shipped*. If t-shirt or hat has been laundered/washed in any way refund will not be issued and items will be returned to shipper at their expense.

Return Credit:
When an item has been returned in accordance with this policy, a return credit will be provided for charge card purchases, and a check will be provided for items purchased by check.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer must pay return shipping charge unless it was our shipping error.

Shipping Instructions:
The customer is responsible for the condition of all returned items. All merchandise returned to Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc that has been damaged, as a result of return shipping, will not be credited. To avoid this inconvenience, please purchase insurance for all return packages.

Return Notification:
If for any reason you need to return merchandise, you must contact us prior to shipping it in order to receive proper instructions and authorization. If possible, simply send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. Any returns received without prior notification may be refused. Hutchinson Rod Run Show Events Vehicle Registration:
A full refund will be provided up to 30 days before the event begins – see Return Notification above.

Hutchinson Rod Run Show Events Vendor Registration:
A full refund for cancellation will be provided up to 30 days before the event begins – Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc PO Box 627 Hutchinson, Kansas 67504-0627 prior to June 1, 2010. Cancellations not received by June 1, 2010 will forfeit all money paid to date.
