Vendor will be responsible for health permit fees. Food vendors are responsible for removing and properly disposing of their trash.
Space Reservation Information

Space reservation is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 2, 3, 4, 2009 in Downtown Hutchinson, on Main Street between 3rd Avenue and Avenue B.

Tractor may be removed from trailers. All vehicles in show area must disconnect battery cables. Once placed, display vehicles may not be moved.

Vendor/Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

  • Set-Up Times: Friday – noon to 6 p.m. – Saturday 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. No set-up on Sunday, no late arrivals.
  • Take-Down Times: Take-down is Sunday, October 4 beginning at 3 p.m.
  • Vendors/Exhibitors must supply all booth equipment.
  • Vendor/Exhibitors are required to operate throughout the entire show.
  • Space Assignment: Space will be assigned on a first come basis. Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc. will cooperate with vendors and exhibitors in providing the best possible locations for displays, based on early payment and reservations.

    Special Requests:


  • Proof of Insurance: A copy of one million dollar certificate of insurance is due with payment.
  • Payment: 50% of fee due with application, balance due by August 1, 2009. All applications submitted after August 1, 2009 must include full payment.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Hutchinson Rod Run 2009, P.O. Box 627, Hutchinson, KS 67504-0627 by August 1, 2009. Cancellations not received by due date will forfeit all money paid to date.
  • Acceptance: The Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit space application. Confirmation of payment will be mailed to you with space assignment.
By submitting this registration, we hereby apply for vendor or exhibitor space at the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin’ Rollin’ Rod Run 2009. All applicants are subject to the rules and regulations governing the show and its production, including without limitation the terms and conditions set forth in this application.
