ROD RUN VENDOR/EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Being a Vendor at the 2011 Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run & Classic Car Show offers a unique marketing opportunity for your company or organization. The show will feature three “fun filled” days with an estimated 400 cars, trucks and motorcycles on display wrapped around family entertainment and a car auction. Spectator attendance is expected to be 25,000+ over the three day show.

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

Space will be assigned on a first come basis. Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc. will cooperate with vendors and exhibitors to provide the best possible location for displays based on availability, reservation and payment date:

• Indoor Space: Space will be available in the historic Memorial Hall located at the corner of Avenue A and Walnut Street (101 South Walnut Street). Spectators will “cruise” through the wide variety of auto and non-auto related local and regional vendors while being entertained on the stage’s big screen with many different car shows and automotive related videos. Food and drink with a seating area will be available for spectators within the hall along with modern restrooms (Memorial Hall indoor online signup registration).
  
  
• Outdoor Space: Space will be available on the streets, placed adjacent to the many cars, trucks and motorcycles located in the show area bordering Avenue A & Main Street Downtown Hutchinson, Kansas. Specific (Outdoor online signup registration)
