SPACE RESERVATION INFORMATION

Space reservation is for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 5-6 & 7, 2012 for the Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run & Classic Car Show located on Main Street between Third and Avenue B (see event map for specific area) Downtown Hutchinson, Kansas. The Vendor/Exhibitor Application can be mailed in or completed and paid online (www.hutchrodrun.com) indicating space size requirements on the street, along with deposit amount. Applications for vendor/exhibitor space will be handled on a first come basis..

SPACE ASSIGNMENTS

Space will be assigned on a first come basis. Hutchinson Rod Run, Inc. will cooperate with vendors and exhibitors to provide the best possible location for displays based on availability, reservation and payment date:

Space will be available on the streets, placed adjacent to the many cars, trucks and motorcycles located on Main Street between Third and Avenue B (see event map for specific area) downtown Hutchinson, Kansas.
