ROD RUN OFFICIAL VEHICLE REGISTRATION

• After online registration you must email an image of your vehicle to jerry@hutchrodrun.com or send an image via postal mail.
• Show quality vehicle with no broken glass.
• All street legal equipment (lights, etc.) is required on your vehicle for the Poker Run.
• Exceptions for minor items may be made at the discretion of the organizers.
• Upon inspection of pre-registered vehicle, organizers reserve the right to revoke registration. If revoked, fee will be refunded within three weeks after event.
• No unauthorized bicycles, skate boards, golf carts, or motorized carts allowed within event boundary.
• No roping off of large sections or spaces (All spaces are assigned numbers.)
• Vehicles activating hydraulics and/or air bags; flames from exhaust; obscene or offensive artwork, signs stickers, etc. are prohibited.
• Open exhaust system rules are strictly enforced. Open Header cruise will be 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 5th ONLY.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The 2008 Downtown Hutchinson Rod Run will be presented in Downtown Hutchinson, Kansas, on October 3-4-5, 2008, with activities to be produced and conducted at the various locations within the city limits. All identification materials, windshield sticker and admission credentials will be issued at the event's registration office (based on registration schedule) upon presentation of your confirmation letter. No admission permitted to the event for vehicles without windshield sticker in place. Entry fee includes vehicle entry and two (2) tickets to the Saturday evening Sock Hop, two (2) tickets to 50’s/60’s movies at the Fox Theater. Event activities are free but there will be a charge to attend the Sock Hop and the movies at the Fox Theater.

LIABILITY: In consideration of acceptance of this entry and the right to participate, entrant(s), on entrant(s) own behalf and on behalf of entrant’s guests and participants does hereby unconditionally agree to fully release, discharge and hold harmless the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run and the City of Hutchinson, Downtown Hutchinson Revitalization Partnership, their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to their person or property and the person of entrant’s guests and participants. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrant, their participants or guests, or any individual assisting or cooperating with entrant or under the direction or control of entrant which may cause injury to the person or property of others while in attendance or participating in the activities of the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run. Entrants agree that participation in any activities, contests or games may be limited to vehicles which have completed the Official Vehicle Registration. Entrant on entrant’s own behalf and on behalf of entrant’s participants or guests, acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of any claim or controversy arising between entrant and Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run, that this Agreement has been entered into in Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas and that any and all claims or controversy shall be under the jurisdiction of the Kansas Courts in Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas. The Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run will endeavor to make all reasonable accommodations so that all aspects of this event are accessible to persons with disabilities. ENTRY & ADVERTISING RELEASE: In consideration of this entry, car owner, entrant and spouse or guests agree to permit Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of the vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including DVDs, the internet, magazines, newspapers, radio, television and video tape) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run. All publicity and advertising rights are reserved by the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run.

OPERATION: Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run reserves the right to enforce acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the event. Open headers and unnecessary tire-spin, or any other reason an entrant or their vehicle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable by Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run, entrant and their vehicle will be subject to eviction from the premises. Any poor behavior off the event facility will be reason for denying admittance of vehicle and entrance to the event. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run considers to be objectionable to the event’s well being. In the case of eviction or restriction, the Downtown Hutchinson Rockin & Rollin Rod Run is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion.
